Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Payments

6 Bonuses and Promotions

The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳20,000 before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or using low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino or sports betting markets.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the tk33 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits on tk33.
• Money laundering: Using tk33 to deposit and withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering money or concealing the origin of funds. tk33 is required by law to report suspicious financial activity.
• Exploiting errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

If your tk33 account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If the account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach – for example, at your own request or due to a business decision by tk33 – any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
